Why Presto Problems?

I love tapping my Presto Card on the bus or train. It's a convenient, simple, and effective transit tool. It brings peace of mind not having to worry about tickets and transfers.
Yet I hate Presto for creating complicated behind-the-scenes procedures that frustrate me as a customer. I feel like common sense and customer care are things left out of Presto's structure.
I know I've spent more time than I want on the phone getting excuses rather than satisfaction from Presto representatives.
So I decided to start sharing my experience online to see if others had similar issues, or wanted a place to vent.
